CHALLENGE

This pet toy manufacturing facility was suffering from poor airflow and high temperatures. The poor conditions were making life difficult for the team and interfering with the production.

DESIGN

Moffitt determined that this building would be an excellent candidate for evaporative cooling. The solution utilized the DeltaStream system to increase airflow to 122,400 CFM, and air changes to 15.9 ACH.

RESULTS

Once installed the unit discharges air at a temperature of 67.5°F. This cooled air makes the facility significantly more comfortable.
